In compliance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its Regulations, AFTER HOUSE issues this Privacy Notice to inform how it collects, uses, protects and stores personal data from clients, suppliers, guests and users.
AFTER HOUSE, located in Mexico City, Mexico, and with contact email contacto@afterhouse.com.mx, is responsible for the processing of personal data collected from clients, suppliers, guests, prospects and users, as well as for the use and protection of such data.
To carry out the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, AFTER HOUSE may collect the following personal data: identification data such as full name; contact data such as phone number and email address; tax data such as RFC, tax address, tax regime and CFDI use; event data such as date, type of event, venue location, approximate number of guests and services of interest; indirect financial data related to payments, receipts and invoicing; as well as images and audiovisual material, including photographs and videos captured or shared during the event, particularly in services such as Photobooth, Digital Galleries and Digital Invitations.
AFTER HOUSE does not ordinarily collect sensitive personal data, as defined by law. If the Client provides information related to allergies, dietary restrictions, medical conditions or specific needs of any guest, such information shall be used only for prevention, logistics and proper service provision purposes.
The personal data collected shall be used for purposes necessary to provide the service, including: attending information and quote requests; contacting the Client by email, phone, WhatsApp or other digital means; providing hired services such as Mixology, DJ, Photobooth, Digital Galleries, Digital Invitations, Bartender, Catering, Glassware and other event services; preparing quotes, proposals, contracts and invoices; coordinating logistics, setup, operation and delivery of services at the event; managing digital invitations, RSVP confirmations and private galleries; administering payments, advances, receipts and invoicing; following up before, during and after the event; and complying with legal, tax, administrative and contractual obligations.
Additionally, personal data may be used for marketing, advertising, sending promotions, updates, recommendations, satisfaction surveys, testimonials, commercial follow-up and use of images or audiovisual event material for promotional, advertising, social media or AFTER HOUSE portfolio purposes. The data subject may refuse or revoke consent for these secondary purposes at any time by sending a request to contacto@afterhouse.com.mx.
By hiring services that involve capturing, uploading, storing or displaying photographs or videos, the data subject grants consent for the processing of such data for purposes related to the hired service. The Client is responsible for informing guests about the existence of image capture equipment, photobooth, digital galleries or content upload tools during the event. The use of images for promotional purposes may be revoked through an express request in accordance with the ARCO Rights section.
When the Client or guests upload photographs, videos or materials to a digital gallery provided by AFTER HOUSE, such content may be processed to display, organize, store, share, download or view the digital event experience. The Client declares that they have sufficient authorization to provide such materials and that their use does not infringe third-party rights.
AFTER HOUSE does not sell personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared only when necessary for the provision of hired services, compliance with legal obligations or operational coordination of the event. This may include tax authorities, providers necessary for invoicing, technology platforms, hosting, email, digital storage, communication tools, payment processing, operational staff, photographers, videographers, food providers, music, entertainment or any provider strictly necessary for service execution.
The data subject has the right to exercise at any time their rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition regarding their personal data, as well as to revoke consent. To exercise such rights, a request must be sent to contacto@afterhouse.com.mx. The request must include the data subject’s full name, a means to communicate the response, documents proving identity or legal representation when necessary, a clear description of the right to be exercised and any additional information that facilitates the location of the data. AFTER HOUSE will respond within the timeframes established by applicable law.
The data subject may revoke the consent granted for the processing of personal data at any time, provided there is no legal, tax, administrative or contractual obligation preventing it. Revocation must be requested by email at contacto@afterhouse.com.mx.
Personal data shall be retained for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, as well as to comply with legal, tax, administrative, contractual obligations or defense against possible claims.
AFTER HOUSE implements reasonable administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, unauthorized use, access or processing. However, the data subject acknowledges that no digital transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
The AFTER HOUSE website may use cookies, analytics tools, forms, spam protection services, reCAPTCHA or other similar technologies to improve browsing experience, protect the site, analyze page usage and facilitate communication with users. If Google reCAPTCHA is used, such tool is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
This Privacy Notice may be modified or updated at any time due to legal, operational, commercial, technological changes or internal needs of AFTER HOUSE. Modifications will be available through official AFTER HOUSE channels, including its website or direct communication with the data subject.
By providing personal data through any means, including web forms, WhatsApp, email, social media, phone calls, service hiring, file uploads to digital galleries or interaction with the website, the data subject acknowledges that they have read and understood this Privacy Notice and grants consent for the processing of personal data in accordance with it.
